Reservation Policy

Rates: Rooms are $95 to $150 per night, single or double occupancy.
Additional $20 charge for each additional guest.
12% state and local tax not included. Rate includes a daily light breakfast.

Minimum nights: Two-night minimum Weekends and Holidays - we may accept a one-night stay
based on availability for a rate of $115/single night.
Weekdays and Non-Holidays (Sunday through Thursday): No minimum.

Reservations: Major credit card (Visa, Master Card please) and advanced deposit required to confirm reservations. All reservations must be secured with a credit card, even reservations utilizing a gift certificate for payment. A 7-day notice is required for all cancellations. Please take careful note of our cancellations policy.

Cancellations: The Darien Waterfront Inn is a small property of 7 rooms where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 7 (seven) days notice or shorten your stay, please understand that we
must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation. Your credit card will be charged on the day of cancellation.

A refund will be issued only if we are able to rebook your room. A no-show will be charged for the entire reservation with no refund.

Check-in: 3:00 - 5:00 PM unless another time has been arranged.

Before 11:00 AM

Children:
We accept well behaved children 10 years or older.

Pets:
Sorry, we are unable to accept pets.

Smoking:
We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking in outdoor areas is permitted. Please no smoking on porch if other guests present.

Breakfast: Your room rate includes a daily full breakfast served between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM
in the dining area. Breakfast starts with: coffee, tea, juice and fresh fruit. Followed by Sweet Potato pancakes, blueberry pancakes, southern style french toast or quiche. Bagels and cereal are also available.
